- When is each module released? All content will be released as soon as you sign up! But our group coaching sessions will be 2x per week and cover any and all aspects of the course.
- How much time will this take each week? With each module, the videos and downloadable materials will take you about an hour to review. Our weekly Q&A calls will also take about an hour. You have the freedom to create your own experience each week. However, like with most things in life, you get out what you put in. It’s recommended that you spend 1-2 hours each week (or more!) exploring the ideas and concepts you’ve learned in the module, doing homework, and participating in the Facebook group.
- How can I get the most out of this program? Get involved! Everyone in the community is grappling with the same issues.
